Hot stone massage is a very ancient technique used by bodyworkers for thousands of years. Smooth Basalt (volcanic) stones are gently heated and incorporated into your full body massage. Clinical studies have shown hot stone massage to be effective in improving sleep while many have reported a reduction in pain, anxiety, stress, and felt improvement in deep muscle tension. The 90min treatment has the addition of using cool Gua Sha Jade stones with Rose Oil for a gentle face massage offering facial rejuvenation. A deeply warming, relaxing, and restoring massage.
