Service Description
In your 60min follow-up appointment, we will discuss your progress with your plan and address any questions or concerns you may have. We also discuss any changes that may be required. Online Sessions Available. Please select the online session option at booking if you require this option. ***This is a follow-up appointment only. If you have not yet had an Initial consultation regarding nutritional support please book this option. *** To book this treatment click the BOOK NOW button at the very top or very bottom of your screen.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change, so if you need to cancel your reservation please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. After that time, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. No Show appointments are charged at 100% of treatment fee. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SUNDAY BOOKINGS INCUR A 10% SURCHARGE AND PUBLIC HOLIDAY BOOKINGS INCUR A 15% SURCHARGE. THIS WILL BE CHARGED WHEN YOU ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT.
